Applicant Mr. Henry Cox is proposing that "the removal of all existing buildings and structures associated with the commercial use and replacement with two "summer recreational retreats.'' The application was received on May 1 1992.

The board also approved the application of the Church of Christ in Devonshire.

The church is looking to expand their facilities due to the growth of their congregation and the need to make the church accessible to the handicapped.

Planning permission was granted to the church for a kitchen, restrooms, storage room, nursery and stairway.

The Department of Planning deferred the application for the building of nine staff dormitories for employers at The Reefs Beach Club.
