buying tickets at the city bus terminal on Thursday morning.

The 72-year-old man reported he was paying the cashier for his tickets at about 11.55 a.m. when a man came up and grabbed his money.

The thief then fled on foot heading east on Church Street.

Police described the culprit as brown-skinned, in his early 30s, of thin build and wearing jeans and a royal blue and red long-sleeved shirt and black cap.
