SEX OFFENCES INVOLVED YOUNGSTER CTS Sex offences involved youngsters Three men appeared at Supreme Court arraignments charged with separate sex offences involving youngsters.

A 21-year-old Pembroke man admitted a charge committing buggery with a young boy on January 6 and was remanded in custody for mention on May 1.

Pleas of not guilty to related charges of sexual assault and deprivation of liberty were accepted.

And a 22-year-old Devonshire man pleaded not guilty to two charges of sex with a girl aged under 14 and a further allegation of sexual assault involving the same child.

The offences are alleged to have been committed between July and September last year. The man was released on bail pending another appearance on May 1.

At the same hearing, a 22-year-old St. George's man pleaded not guilty to one charge of having sex with girl aged under 14 and another of sexual assault involving the same girl. He was also ordered to appear on May 1 for mention.

None of the accused can be named because of reporting restrictions imposed under Bermudian law.
