Terry Lee Pitt, from St. George's, failed to appear at a Supreme Court hearing yesterday.

His 18-month jail sentence, suspended for two years, was to have been reviewed by Puisne Judge, the Hon. Mrs Justice Wade.

Pitt had admitted to wounding Wesley Tucker on March 8, with the intention of causing grievous bodily harm.

He was sentenced on November 18 last year.
