Gutteridge, has filed a writ for $200,000 against the Bank of Bermuda's senior manager of retail banking, Mr. Alan Richardson.

Mr. Richardson yesterday declined to comment on the writ, which was filed earlier this month in Bermuda Supreme Court.

But it is believed that the matter is in the process of being resolved without a court hearing and that the action will be discontinued soon.
