Leo Seymour's string of thefts came to light after one of his victims confronted him at his home on Ord Road, prosecutor Sgt. Rex Osborne told Magistrates' Court.

Seymour, who had partly stripped the bike in Astwood Park, told her where it was. He later confessed to Police that he had stolen three others between December and March.

Jahzino Samuels, also 18, of Riviera Road, Southampton, admitted stealing one bike with Seymour.

Magistrate the Wor. John Judge last week ordered social inquiry reports before sentencing.
