Ghengis K. Ebbin pleaded guilty in Magistrates' court to breaking, entering and stealing from the Warwick Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Prosecuting, Sgt. Wilburt McLean told the court that at 7 p.m. on October 15 the janitor of the church secured the building after everyone had left. The following morning he discovered that two panes from the bathroom window were missing which led him to discover that two microphones had been taken.

Ebbin was later arrested and helped Police recover the two microphones. The court heard that Ebbin had previous convictions of theft.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis bailed Ebbin in the sum of $300 with a like surety and adjourned the case until the reading of a social inquiry report in December.
