Police attended 70 reported road collisions — 25 with injuries and 25 damage only within one week.

During the week of August 17 to August 24, five people were arrested on suspicion of impaired driving and 24 vehicles were stolen.

Of the stolen vehicles, one was a car and four were recovered. The Bermuda Police Service would like to remind the public to slow down and wear seat belts at all times including using the proper seats for children.
