Molotov cocktail was thrown at the building.

The firebomb was hurled through a window of the Warwick Parish Office in the early hours of Tuesday. It didn't ignite properly but caused a small burn to a chair.

The premises, on Middle Road, were unoccupied at the time but Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident.

A spokesman said security measures at the site would be assessed in the light of the attack.
