Billionaire Tucker's Town resident Ross Perot has been given permission to change the pool house at his mansion into a third home on his property.

The plan was approved by the Development Applications Board earlier this month.

According to the minutes of the meeting: "Members of the board, while acknowledging the proposal met Planning standards for a third unit, had concerns about the creation of additional units for non-Bermudian residents.

"The senior Development Applications officer addressed the board to reiterate that all relevant Planning requirements were met. After some discussion, the board approved the application."
