The funeral of former Senate president Albert Jackson will take place on Thursday at the Anglican Cathedral in Hamilton.

His widow, Shadow Health Minister Louise Jackson, said the 3 p.m. service would be an official funeral, involving the Bermuda Regiment. Mr. Jackson died on Wednesday, aged 90, after a year-long battle with cancer.
