The Health Insurance Department is to close its doors early tomorrow (Friday) as the official opening of the new office takes place.

The 3 p.m. closure however, will not affect the Social Insurance Office, which will remain open.

A Government spokeswoman said: "The early closure is to facilitate an official opening of the new office which recently moved to the second floor of Sofia House, Church Street, Hamilton."

The Health Insurance Department will reopen on Monday.
