Impaired boating arrest

A Warwick man was arrested on Saturday for allegedly driving a boat while drunk.Police went to Hamilton Harbour at 6.15 p.m. that day after responding to a report of a man suspected of operating a boat while impaired.When they found the boat, the driver, a 25-year-old Warwick man exhibited signs of being drunk and was arrested for suspicion of operating a vessel while impaired.

Police went to Hamilton Harbour at 6.15 p.m. that day after responding to a report of a man suspected of operating a boat while impaired.
When they found the boat, the driver, a 25-year-old Warwick man exhibited signs of being drunk and was arrested for suspicion of operating a vessel while impaired.
He was taken to the Hamilton Police Station and detained after refusing to take the alco-analyser test.
A court appearance is anticipated in the near future.
