The Royal Gazette's Newspapers in Education programme examines how art has changed through Bermuda's history in a new 12-part series that begins today.

"4 Centuries: Evolving Art" begins today on page 26 and will appear every Tuesday.

The series explores four centuries of artistic expression in Bermuda, and has been produced in conjunction with the current exhibition at the Bermuda National Gallery, City Hall.

Text and images provided by the Bermuda National Gallery and the Bermuda National Trust provide insight into a wide range of genres, and activities encourage the engagement of young people in exploring their own appreciation and expression of art.
