A two-day conference has been set up by the Centre on Philanthropy to help motivate people to keep giving.

'The Power of One' will highlight how each person has the power to be a vehicle for change and will be attended by volunteers from all walks of life including donors from local and international companies.

Topics will include business planning, fund development, corporate philanthropy, social entrepreneurship, governance, communications, and corporate best practices; with speakers including KPMG International boss Lord Michael Hastings.
