The officer and two inmates were arrested while travelling in a prison van on Ferry Reach Road near the Prison Farm in St. George's last week, Police spokeswoman Insp. Roseanda Jones said.

Narcotics detectives are preparing a file for the Attorney General, who will decide whether to prosecute the trio.

Prisons Commissioner Mr. Ed Dyer said the matter was now in the hands of Police.
