Seventeen injured in road collisions

A total of 17 people were injured in road collisions in the week ending on Monday.

A further 42 crashes left only the vehicles damaged.

Eight people were arrested on suspicion of drink driving, and seven vehicles were stolen six bikes and a car. The car has since been recovered.

The Police issued the statistics as part of their weekly round-up.
