But Chairman of the Liquor Licensing Committee, the Wor. William Francis, said that the licence could not take effect until sanitation certificates had been produced.

Mr. Graham Coxall, representing Mr. Roach, said that the certificates would be available once construction on the building was finished. He estimated that the restaurant would be ready to open by mid-July.
