A Kwame Steede wonder-goal and a Stevie Astwood strike from distance helped Bermuda Hogges to victory over Wilmington Hammerheads at the National Sports Centre yesterday.

With the wind in their faces, Hogges dealt with Hammerheads first-half pressure, and took the lead in the second-half on 49-minutes through Steede who spotted the keeper off his line and smacked a bouncing ball into the net from 40 yards.

Astwood doubled Hogges lead on 90 minutes with a shot from 25 yards, which took a deflection en-route to goal.
