Police joined Marine and Ports staff in cleaning up a diesel spill in Hamilton Harbour yesterday.

The fuel spill was first spotted at 11 a.m.

A Bermuda Maritime Operations spokesman said: "The Marine Police attended alongside clean-up crews from the Department of Marine and Ports. The clean-up was complete by 4.30 p.m."

He added: "There was difficulty in attributing the spill to a source."
