Parking tickets can now be paid online Government announced yesterday.

Attorney General Kim Wilson said the new service will make the payment of parking ticket fine, via va debit or credit card, a faster and simpler process.

The new Government Parking Ticket Payment site will be found on www.parkingtickets.gov.bm issued tickets will be available for payment two days after they are created.

Those wishing to pay a parking fine will have to input the parking ticket number along with their car license plate number and information about that ticket and all other unpaid parking fines for that license plate will be shown.

Simple instructions will then guide users through the process which will ask for a debit card or credit card number.

But tickets issued before April 1, 2008, will still have to be paid either in person or by mailing in the payment to Magistrate's Court.
