People injured in 23 crashes

A total of 23 crashes left people injured on Bermuda's roads in the week leading up to Monday.According to Police statistics, that brings the toll of injury-causing crashes in the past month to 89.In addition, there were 31 collisions that left only the vehicles damaged in the past week, bringing the total in the past month to 44.

In addition, there were 31 collisions that left only the vehicles damaged in the past week, bringing the total in the past month to 44.

Four people were arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, bringing the total since September 20 to 22 arrests.

Of 15 vehicles reported stolen in the week leading up to Monday, four have been found. All the vehicles were auxiliary cycles and motorcycles, except for one car and one pedal bike.

The car was among the vehicles recovered.
