Police say thieves got away with TVs and jewellery in two burglaries in Paget and Warwick.

Around 12.50 p.m on Thursday, a South Road, Warwick resident said someone entered the house, which was unoccupied at the time and stole a silver 46-inch Sony flat screen TV and a 32-inch Sony flat screen TV.

Later the same afternoon Police received the second report of a burglary at a Harbour Road, Paget, home where the complainant said someone had entered her apartment while it was unoccupied.

They stole a 15-inch TV, a Dell laptop computer, an I-Pod, a quantity of jewellery and personal items.
