Visitor hurt in cycle accident

An American visitor wound up visiting King Edward VII Memorial Hospital after her rental cycle collided with a car.According to a Police spokesman, the accident occurred on Paynters Road in Hamilton Parish at around 6 p.m. on Monday."It appears that the rental cycle was travelling south on Paynters Road and the car was travelling in the opposite direction when the vehicles collided.

An American visitor wound up visiting King Edward VII Memorial Hospital after her rental cycle collided with a car.
According to a Police spokesman, the accident occurred on Paynters Road in Hamilton Parish at around 6 p.m. on Monday.
"It appears that the rental cycle was travelling south on Paynters Road and the car was travelling in the opposite direction when the vehicles collided.
"The rider of the rental cycle, a 25-year-old Baltimore woman, sustained a shoulder injury and a laceration to her ankle. The driver of the car, a 46-year-old St. George's woman, was not injured."
The rental cycle was extensively damaged in the collision, but the car received only moderate damage.
