A portion of Glebe Road will close until Friday for road resurfacing which starts today.

The road will be closed between the junction west of Secret Lane to the junction at North Shore.

"No motor vehicles will be permitted access along this section of Glebe Road while road resurfacing work takes place," said a Government spokesperson.

"The Ministry of Works and Engineering apologises for any inconvenience that may result from this road closure and requests the full cooperation of the motoring public."

He continued: "Should there be any questions regarding this road closure, please direct them to the attention of Mr. Curtis Charles, construction and maintenance engineer, at 297-7859."
