Emmy Award-winner Brenda Blackmon will be the guest speaker at a special tea honouring the Bermuda Lupus Association today.Premier Paula Cox is expected to attend the event, which takes place at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess at 3.30pm. Ms Blackmon, a presenter on My 9 and Fox 5, recently completed ‘A Mom’s Tale’.The book describes the harrowing story of how the disease lupus took her daughter Kelly to death’s door and her subsequent miraculous recovery.
