A 49-year-old man has tonight died after his motorbike crashed into a tree on Middle Road in Devonshire.The man, who lives in Devonshire, was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital but later died of his injuries.The accident happened at about 6pm at the junction of Middle Road and Parsons Lane. It was a single-vehicle accident and no-one else was hurt.Police and the fire service attended the scene. A section of Middle Road was cordoned off and traffic redirected.The victim will not be identified until next of kin have been informed.
