A teenage girl was flown overseas for medical treatment after a bike crash on Saturday night.The 17-year-old, from St George’s, was a passenger on a motorcycle ridden by a 24-year-old man from the same parish who was also hurt.A police spokesman said the collision between a car and the motyorcycle occurred around 8pm on Verdmont Road in Smith’s near the junction with Sayle Road.The car driver, a 33-year-old woman from St George’s, received minor injuries. The male motorcyclist has been discharged from hospital.Any witnesses to the collision should call Pc Walter Jackson on 295-0011.
