Men admit to being involved in a brawl
Three men this morning admitted to being involved in an early morning brawl near Bermuda College.Micah Fubler, 21, Tahj Robinson, 18, and Tahva Virgil, 17, all pleaded guilty when they appeared at Magistrates’ Court to being involved in a fight which took place at around 2.50am on Saturday.The court heard that all three men were seen by police in the area throwing kicks and punches, and Robinson was tazered by officers after ignoring repeated warnings.Virgil has previous convictions, but an updated list of prior convictions was not available this morning, and Robinson is currently on court bail awaiting trial on two separate matters.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner adjourned sentencing until tomorrow, remanding Virgil and Robinson in custody overnight. Fubler was released on $2,000 bail with a like surety.
