Lennon tribute concert tickets go on sale next month

Tickets will go on sale on April 21 for a John Lennon tribute concert. A package of celebrations is planned for June 21.

A CD of Lennon / Beatles songs sung by Bermuda artists will be released to tie in with the unveiling of the Double Fantasy sculpture in the Botanical Gardens, which will be accompanied by a music concert.

The sculpture is to commemorate Lennon’s two months in Bermuda in summer 1980 when he wrote his last album ‘Double Fantasy’, titled after a flower he came across in the Botanical Gardens.

The concert tickets will go on sale at www.premierticketsglobal.com.
