Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a 40-year-old Pembroke.Rudy Smith was last seen at his Pembroke residence on July 9, but has reportedly been spotted in the City of Hamilton since then.Mr Smith is described as a brown-skinned male, approximately 5ft 8in with a slim build. He has brown eyes, close cut black hair and a goatee.Police ask that anyone with information on Mr Smith’s whereabouts contact the Vulnerable Persons Unit at 295-0111 as soon as possible.
