An investigation has started into the sudden death of a 36-year-old man in Southampton.Police and first responders were called to an emergency at a residence on Homestead Lane around 6pm on Friday.“A 36 year old Southampton man was found in an unresponsive state at that location. CPR was performed at the scene and continued as the victim was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance; however he was subsequently pronounced dead,” police said in a statement.“No further information regarding the deceased will be given at this time. There does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances; however an autopsy is anticipated in due course."
