Motorcyclist hospitalised after collision at Barkers Hill roundabout

A 47-year-old man remained in critical condition last night after a traffic collision at the Barker’s Hill roundabout.A Police Spokesman said yesterday that officers and first responders arrived at the scene at around 12.45pm.“Details are unclear at this time; however it appears that a car and a motorcycle collided at that location,” the spokesman said.“The motorcycle rider, believed to be a 47-year-old Hamilton Parish man, was seriously injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment.”Anyone who may have witnessed the collision is encouraged to contact the Roads Policing Unit at 295-0011.
