A Smith’s man was seriously injured and remains in critical condition at King Edward VII Memorial after his motorcycle struck a traffic island on Palmetto Road, Devonshire at 1.45am yesterday.The 33-year-old rider crashed near Barkers Hill. Police are investigating the accident and have asked witnesses to contact Pc Yvette Henry at 295-0011.There were two arrest for suspected impaired driving over the weekend, plus eight arrest for outstanding warrants, police reported.
