Great white shark Mary Lee has moved away from Bermuda after coming within ten miles of the Island this weekend.The 16 ft, 3,456lbs shark has been recorded travelling up and down the US East Coast since was tagged with a tracking device by research team Ocearch, last September.Earlier this month she altered her path, and made a beeline for Bermuda.According to online data from Ocearch, the shark passed within ten miles of St David’s sometime between Friday night and Saturday morning.By Sunday, however, Mary Lee was tracked more than 50 miles to the Island’s South, travelling South-Southwest.Useful website: http://sharks-ocearch.verite.com/
