Government has tabled the Bermuda Immigration and Protection (Appeal) Rules 2013 which prescribes procedures for appealing decisions by the Immigration Minister.It specifies that the Minister must respond to an appeal notice within 21 days, outlines the role of the Appeals Tribunal and its Chairman and hearing procedures.
