Police are investigating following the collision of a horse and a car in Paget.
The horse ran off immediately after the accident, a spokesman said.
“At around 7.30pm on Sunday, police attended a collision between a car and a horse at the intersection of South Road and the Railway Trail in Paget,” he continued.
“It appears that the vehicle was travelling in a westerly direction along South Road in Paget when a tan-coloured horse bolted across the main road from the eastern side of the Railway Trail and collided with the front nearside of the car, causing damage.
“The horse then made good its escape.”
