An American man involved in a traffic collision on Friday has been airlifted off the Island for medical treatment.The 59-year-old was riding a rental cycle on South Road in Paget near Honey Hill when the single-vehicle accident occurred at around 11.30am.His wife, who was the pillion passenger on the vehicle, suffered minor injuries.A Police spokesman said inquiries are ongoing and any witnesses are encouraged to contact PC Christopher Brady on 295-0011.
