Governor George Fergusson is keeping Bermuda — and the rest of the world — informed of his duties through the social networking site Facebook.

Government House has created its own Facebook page to relay information concerning the Queen’s official representative on the Island.

According to deputy Governor David Arkley, the page was set up to “inform the people of Bermuda — or at least the 30,000-plus of them who are on Facebook — about more of the things that go on at Government House and what our team are involved in”.

To find the page, go onto the Facebook site and type in ‘Deputy Governor Bermuda’.
