Motorists will be inconvienced again this Saturday after the Ministry of Public Works announced the road closure of Blackwatch Pass in Pembroke, from the junction of North Shore Road to the junction at Marsh Folly Road.

The Ministry said the closure was “necessary to allow for the removal of overgrown trees along the cliff face to be carried out safely.”

All traffic, including buses and pedestrians, will be stopped from entering Blackwatch Pass between 7.30am until 4.00pm.

Last weekend motorists faced long queues because of road works in Hamilton.
