A motorist accused of causing grievous bodily harm by careless driving has opted to be tried in Supreme Court by a jury.
Duncan Henderson, 40, appeared at Magistrates’ Court yesterday where he denied the charge.
Prosecutor Nicole Smith said the alleged offence took place on November 9, when Henderson was driving a car. She said the alleged victim was Vernon Charles.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released Mr Henderson on $5,000 bail with one surety. He will reappear for mention on January 21.
