Traffic on Point Finger Road will be subject to short delays this weekend as work continues on the new acute care wing at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.

The excavations by the Beresford Swan Dialysis Unit will leave a single lane of traffic open, with traffic controls in place.

Weather permitting, the work should be finished by Sunday evening.

The digging is to allow Belco an underground connection to the transformer on the Dialysis property.
