Ordnance Island Damaged Seawall

Correia Construction workers fix a damaged section of the seawall on Ordnance Island in St George's. The project, currently in its third week, is expected to be complete in two weeks' time, according to a Corporation of St George's spokesman, who described it as 'a fairly major job'. As well as natural weathering and erosion from storms, the structure was damaged by the thrusters of cruise ships over the years when the vessels docked in the Old Town. (Photos by Akil Simmons)
