The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity and MenSpeak will host its annual symposium at the Bermuda College on Monday night.

The panel will focus on Diversity in Leadership asking if “the glass ceiling has been broken or merely cracked”, tackling issues of race, age, gender and sexual orientation.

Among this year’s panellists are BPSU president Jason Hayward, KPMG managing director Craig Bridgewater, Rev Nicholas Tweed, Profiles of Bermuda managing director Cordell Riley, MJM associate Kim Caines, Sedgwick Chudleigh associate Chan Foley, and Christi Hunter-Arscott, who will take part via Skype.

The debate will be moderated by Dwayne Caines.

Alpha Phi Alpha President Philip Trott said: “Our goal is simply to educate, enlighten and ultimately change Bermuda for the better.”

The symposium will begin at 6.30pm in Bermuda College Lecture Hall G301.
