Society to host tag day

The Eliza DoLittle Society (TEDS) will be hosting its annual tag day on Saturday, September 19.

As a step towards reducing hunger in Bermuda, the organisation will be out collecting money for their fundraiser. Their mission is to eliminate hunger altogether and reduce wastage by sourcing and obtaining food to support various feeding centres across the Island.

TEDS operates a food pantry on Middle Road, Warwick, and has an “Adopt A Senior” programme to ensure that seniors are getting the food that they need. Anyone who would like to volunteer can go to volunteer.bm or call Diana Downs on 236-2394, or Beth Piggott on 541-7090.
