Coalition gifts extra toys to Salvation Army

A special delivery of last-minute toys was collected by grateful Salvation Army volunteers, after extra toys were donated by the Coalition for the Protection of Children.

“After the Salvation Army put out a plea for more toys to service the growing need in the community, the coalition was able to fulfil the need by sharing the gifts that were collected by Toys for Tots at Coldwell Banker,” said Sheelagh Cooper, coalition founder.

“We were able to help because we actually had toys left over this year as Coldwell Banker and Sarah Faeilla did such an amazing job — and people and companies have been so incredibly generous.”
