Marcus’ to offer brunch in new year

The Hamilton Princess will offer a Sunday champagne brunch at Marcus’ starting from January 3.

According to a statement from the hotel, the brunch menu at the restaurant, launched by celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson, will include local fare like codfish and potatoes along with a raw bar, an antipasto display, a pasta station and a carving station, along with “unlimited champagne”.

General manager Allan Federer said: “Sunday brunch in Bermuda is arguably one of the best parts of the week. Weekend brunch is meant for relaxation and satisfaction and our menu offerings reflect this.

“We are thrilled to offer a champagne brunch at Marcus, where people can eat all their favourite brunch foods, sip champagne and enjoy the beautiful view of Hamilton Harbour.”

The Champagne Brunch will be offered between noon and 3pm at a cost of $75, while brunch without beverages costs $45. Reservations can be made by phone at 298-2028 or by e-mail at ham.diningreservations@fairmont.com.
