Traffic controls in St George’s on Friday

Traffic controls are expected to be erected on Wellington Street in St George’s later this week so tree pruning can take place.

According to a statement by the Corporation of St George, the work will take place near Tiger Bay on Friday.

Pruners will be tackling a poinciana tree on private property.

“The work will commence at 9am and last for the duration of the day,” this week’s statement said.

“A private contractor will be performing the work and will have traffic control in place.”
