Poor weather has caused ferry service between Hamilton, St George’s and Dockyard to be suspended, the Department of Marine and Ports advised this afternoon.
A spokeswoman said at 4pm that the 5pm ferry from Hamilton to Dockyard, as well as the Orange Route that runs between Hamilton, Dockyard and St George’s, have been suspended, but all other ferry services remain on schedule.
She said: “The department will continue to monitor weather conditions and provide updates as necessary.
“The department apologises for the inconvenience and appreciates the public’s patience and understanding.”
