Pembroke woman injured in Warwick crash

A Pembroke woman was treated in hospital for a hip injury after her car hit a utility pole in Warwick yesterday.
The accident happened on South Road near the junction with Cobbs Hill Road at about 7am.
A police spokesman said: “Details remain limited but it appears that the driver, believed to be a 28-year-old Pembroke woman, struck a utility pole.
“She apparently sustained a hip injury and was transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment.”
This morning, police said the victim had been discharged from hospital.
